In consideration of and to secure the amount identified as the Total of Payments, Pledgor hereby deposits with the issuer of this pawn ticket the described Pledged Property listed. By signing this agreement, you are telling us that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are the true owner of the item(s) pledged, that item(s) pledged are free and clear of all claims, liens and encumbrances. The Pledged Property listed on this document will be held by said pawnbroker for a period of one (1) day plus thirty (30) days grace as prescribed by law, after which time Pledgor releases all equity in said Pledged Property to Cash 1 Pawn, Inc. to sell without notice or demand for payment. Customer agrees that issuers hereof may, at issuer’s option, extend this agreement one or more times. If the Pledgor does not redeem the Pledges Property on or before the Maturity date, loan charges shall continue to accrue as set forth on this agreement every 30 days. Said pawnbroker agrees to take reasonable care in the storage of the Pledged Property listed on the reverse side and is not to be held responsible for fire, theft, burglary or acts of God. If this contract copy is lost, destroyed or stolen, you should immediately so advise the issuing pawnbroker in writing. Note: A one dollar, fifty cents ($1.50) fee will be charged on all lost tickets. The pledger does herewith acknowledge the receipt of the disclosures contained herein. Pledgor acknowledges that at the time of receipt of a copy of this statement, it was complete and filled in, and that all blanks were filled in prior to executing same. Pledgor further acknowledges that all disclosures where made prior to consummation of this transaction. The issuer of this agreement shall be limited to the aforesaid pledged property in its rights to recover, except for fraud.
